• Substrate to be treated must be free from debris and dust. Clean the substrate by hydrojet/ high pressure/air blowing or brushing.

PRIMING:

• PRIMER 0246, non filmogen primer. It doesn’t form a film, increases the adhesion of synthetic products on mineral substrates. It is ready to use, not to be diluted. Ne-cessary condition is that the substrate is dry.

Apply where provided and exclusively on mineral substrates: ceramic, gres porcelain stoneware, glass by roller or brush.
After application it is essential to wait from 30 minutes to 2 hours to allow the solvent to evaporate, then proceed with the application of the successive layers.
In any case, it is necessary to carry out an appropriate surface preparation of the pavement according to the type of surface, we should choose the most suitable one.
PRIMER 0246 should be applied to enhance adhesion. Depending on the absorption of the substrate, the consumption will be between 30 ÷ 80 g/m².

WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE and TOP COAT:
• After 60 minutes is possible to apply STARFLEX T. The product should be applied in two coats with a minimum consumption of 0,700 Kg / m² per coat.

• Excellent UV rays resistance.
• Excellent abrasion resistance.
• Good mechanical resistance.
• there aren’t demolition and disposal costs.
• Excellent resistance to hydrolysis and low temperatures.
• Substrate application temprature range:from + 10 ° C to + 35 ° C (R.H. < 85%).
• Operating temperature from -20°C to +80°C in air.
